Common questions
Most food, sweat and grease stains come out. Ink, old stains and dye transfer are harder, so we tell you before we start if a mark might stay.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If we caused the damage, we repair or replace the item, up to [10x] the cleaning price.
Wash and fold and ironing usually take 24 to 48 hours. Dry cleaning and duvets take 2 to 3 days. We message you before we arrive.
Pay on delivery by cash or bank transfer, or pay ahead using the account details in the booking section. Corporate customers can ask about monthly invoices.
Wash and fold has a minimum of [3 kg]. There is no minimum for dry cleaning or ironing, but free pickup applies above {currency}{freePickupOver}.
We run a [generator] for our machines, so outages rarely hold orders up. If one does, we message you before your delivery time.
